Security Deposit: A security deposit equal to 50% of the total cost is required and will be refunded to you after a satisfactory inspection.

Cyc Fee: A $50 cyc fee is required to cover the cost of repainting and restoring the cyc to its original condition for the next clients. If the cyc is returned without marks and is completely clean, this fee will be refunded to you after inspection.

Cleaning Fee: A $50 cleaning fee is required to prepare the studio space for the next guests.
