Security Deposit: A security deposit equal to 50% of the total cost is required and will be refunded to you after a satisfactory inspection.

Cleaning Fee: A $50 cleaning fee is required to prepare the space for the next guests. 

Safety: Our parking lot is protected by locked gates and monitored by 24/7 surveillance cameras. Doors automatically lock, ensuring no one can enter once closed, and entry codes are required for gates and buildings.
