Book the entire Sienna Sinclaire Studios building and parking lot for your next large-scale production, event, or extensive photo shoot. Security Deposit: A security deposit equal to 50% of the total cost is required and will be refunded to you after a satisfactory inspection.

Cleaning Fee: A $600 cleaning fee is required. 

Cyc Fee: A $100 cyc fee is required to cover the cost of repainting and restoring the cyc to its original condition. If the cyc is returned without marks and is completely clean, this fee will be refunded to you after inspection.

Safety: Our studio is protected by locked gates and monitored by 24/7 surveillance cameras. An alarm system provides easy access to contact the police or fire department at the press of a button. Doors automatically lock, ensuring no one can enter once closed, and entry codes are required for gates and buildings. Each room is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors as well as fire extinguishers.
