Rouge Room (167 sq ft):
- All-red decor with luxurious gold accents
- Red walls, toilet stalls, shower, and chandeliers
- Mirrors in each stall, perfect for selfies
- Every corner suitable for shooting

Noir Room (75 sq ft):
- All-black decor with gold trim
- Black and gold toilet
- Modern sophistication with dramatic flair

Safety:
- Locked gates and 24/7 surveillance cameras
- Alarm system with direct police/fire department contact
- Automatic locking doors with entry codes
- Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers in each room

Security Deposit: A security deposit equal to 50% of the total cost is required and will be refunded to you after a satisfactory inspection.

Cleaning Fee: A $50 cleaning fee is required to prepare the studio space for the next guests.
